Roasted Balsamic Yams

Ingredients:
• Tree & Vine Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar – 1/8 Cup
• Unsalted Butter – ¼ Cup (or sub with Tree & Vine Butter Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 3 Tablespoons)
• Sea Salt – 1 Teaspoon
• Yams – 3 large
• Black Pepper – To Taste

Method:
• Preheat Oven 400⁰F
• Line baking sheet  (baking mats work best)
• Wash and cut yams into 1 ¼ inch pieces
• Melt butter (if using oil no need heat)
• In large bowl mix balsamic and melted butter and salt
• Add yams and toss to coat
• Season with pepper
• Spread yams evenly over lined baking sheet
• Bake until tender and golden stirring occasionally (about 40 mins)
