Ingredients:
- 1 packet Zippy Horseradish Dip Mix
- 1-1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
- 10 large flour tortillas
- 1 pkg. (2– to 3-oz.) Buddig™ Roast Beef or similar
- 1 jar dill pickle spears
Directions:
Mix the Zippy Horseradish Dip Mix according to the directions. Let chill for minimum of 4 hours. Spread the mixture onto the tortilla shells and layer on the roast beef. Add a dill pickle spear on top and roll the tortillas; cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight. Slice each roll into
1-inch pieces.
