Ingredients:
• Red Potatoes – 2 lbs.
• Tree & Vine Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) – 2 Tablespoons
• Tree & Vine Grey Sea Salt & Five Pepper Blend – to taste
Method:
• Preheat oven 450 ⁰ F
• Wash and cut potatoes into quarters
• Toss potatoes in EVOO
• Season
• Place in a single layer on baking sheet
• Bake for 20 minutes, stir occasionally
• Remove from heat and serve immediately
