Ingredients:
• Water – ½ Cup, not hot
• Yeast – 2 ¼ Teaspoons, Active Dry
• Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
• Salt – 1 Teaspoon
• Tree & Vine Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 4 Tablespoons
• Bread Flour – 2 ½ Cups
Method:
• Mix everything except flour in large bowl
• Stir in 2 cups of the flour until it’s a softball not sticky
• Knead in additional flour so that the dough is soft
• Form a ball and place in bowl and cover with plastic
• Allow dough to double in size
• Punch down and allow to almost double again
• Preheat oven to 375⁰ F
• Once dough has risen, score with sharp paring knife
• Place on greased or lined cookie sheet
• Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
• Remove from oven and allow to cool
• Enjoy
