Bake Time: 15 Minutes with hot pizza stone
Ingredients:
• Yeast, active dry – 1 packet (.25 oz)
• Sugar – 1 Tablespoon
• Water – ¾ cup, warm not hot
• Tree & Vine Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil EVOO – 1/8 Cup
• Sea Salt – ½ Teaspoon
• Bread Flour – 2 Cups
• Tree & Vine Italian Herb Seasoning – 1 Tablespoon
Method:
• Preheat oven to 425⁰ with pizza stone for at least 40 minutes
• In mixing bowl-mix Yeast, sugar, water & EVOO set aside for 5 minutes
• In separate bowl combine salt and flour together
• Once water mixture has set add salt and flour into the mixing bowl
• Mix on low for 2 minutes
• Mix on medium-high for 2 minutes
• Add herbs and mix for another minute
• Roll into a ball and allow to rest for about 5 minutes
• Roll out as desired and top with your favorite toppings
• Bake until cheese is bubbling and crust is golden brown about 12 – 15 minutes
• (leave pizza stone in oven until completely cool)
