Ingredients:
• Chicken Breasts – 4
• Tree & Vine Lemon Stuffed Olives – 8
• Tree & Vine Lemon EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 2 to 3 Tablespoons
• Capers – 2 Tablespoons
• Chicken Stock – 1 Cup
• Lemon – 1
Method:
• Slice Olives – set aside
• Zest lemon – reserve
• In a skillet, pour in Lemon EVOO.
• Heat oil and sauté chicken breasts until lightly browned
• Add sliced olives, capers, and chicken stock.
• Add juice of lemon and a little zest.
• Cover and cook until done.
