Blood Orange & Pecan Green Beans

Ingredients:
• Green Beans – Fresh ¾ Pound
• Tree & Vine Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 4 ½ Teaspoons
• Pecans – ¼ Cup, Chopped
• Sea Salt – to taste

Method:
• Trim and half green beans
• Blanch or steam green beans for 2-4 minutes (should still be firm)
• Drain, set aside
• In large skillet over medium heat EVOO
• Sautee green beans until thoroughly heated
• Add pecans towards end of sauté
• Season
• Enjoy
