Ingredients:
• Pasta – Al Dente (any flavor, spinach is nice) – 6 oz
• Tree & Vine Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Single Estate – 1 Tablespoon
Garlic – 1 Tablespoon
Basil – 1 ½ Teaspoons
• Butter – 3 Tablespoons
• Artichoke Hearts – 8 oz Jar
• Tree & Vine Grey Sea Salt & Five Pepper Blend – to taste
Method:
• Drain and quarter artichoke hearts
• Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil
• Add pasta cook for 3 to 4 minutes
• Drain – set aside
• In saucepan, heat EVOOs and melt butter over medium heat.
• Mix in artichoke hearts and cook 5 minutes or until heated through.
• Toss with cooked pasta
• Season
• Enjoy
