Ingredients:
• Filet Mignon Steaks – 2 at 4 oz each
• Tree & Vine Grey Sea Salt & Five Pepper Blend – to taste
• Tree & Vine Traditional Aged Balsamic – ¼ Cup
• Dry Red Wine – ¼ Cup
Method:
• Season both sides of steaks with salt blend
• Wisk balsamic and red wine together
• Heat sauté pan over medium-high heat
• Sear steaks in hot pan on both sides (about 1 minute)
• Reduce heat to medium-low
• Add balsamic and red wine
• Cover and cook for 4 minutes on each side basting with sauce when you flip
Steak
• Remove steaks and spoon 2 tablespoons of glaze over each steak
• Enjoy
