Balsamic Broiled Salmon Mignons

Ingredients:
• Salmon, skinless filet – 1 Pound
• Garlic – 2 Cloves
• Tree & Vine Traditional Aged Balsamic – 2 Tablespoons
• Tree & Vine Extra Virgin Olive Oil
(Single Estate, Lime, Lemon, Garlic or your favorite) – 1 Tablespoon
• Tree & Vine Grey Sea Salt & Five Pepper Blend – To Taste

Method:
• Preheat oven to broil at 500⁰ F and set oven rack 6” from heat source
• Cut salmon into 6-3/4 inch strips
• Mince garlic
• Combine balsamic, EVOO & garlic (set aside)
• Roll salmon strips (start from thickest side) into pinwheels, secure with skewer
• Season with sea salt
• Drizzle generously with balsamic mixture
• Broil for 7 minutes
• Flip and broil 7 more minutes, salmon should flake easily with fork.
